Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MunafaLab (the "Site", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance

By visiting, reading, subscribing to, or otherwise using MunafaLab, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Disclaimer, and our Affiliate Disclosure, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

2. Eligibility

The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18, please do not use the Site without parental or guardian supervision.

3. Operator

MunafaLab is operated by Kishan Patel, a sole proprietor based in Surat, Gujarat, India. For any communication related to these Terms, email contact@munafalab.com.

4. Educational content only — no advice

All content on the Site — including articles, explainers, comparisons, calculators, examples, screenshots, and embedded media — is for general educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute investment, financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice and should not be relied upon as such. See the full Disclaimer.

MunafaLab is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser, research analyst, broker, sub-broker, mutual fund distributor, or portfolio manager.

5. Licence to use the Site

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and read the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, design, code, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and the "MunafaLab" name and mark — is owned by Kishan Patel or licensed to him, and is protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and applicable international laws.

You may share short quotations and direct links to individual posts (with attribution). You may not:

  • Republish, repackage, or redistribute substantial parts of any post on another website, app, newsletter, book, or print publication without prior written permission.
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest content for AI model training, commercial datasets, or competing services.
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices.
  • Use the "MunafaLab" name or logo in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without prior written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or related systems, or interfere with their operation.
  • Upload, transmit, or distribute viruses, malware, or any code designed to harm or disable the Site.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or that infringes the rights of any third party.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, headless browsers) to access the Site at a rate or volume that disrupts service for other users.

We may, at our sole discretion, restrict or terminate access of users who violate these Terms.

8. User-submitted content

If you submit comments, feedback, suggestions, or corrections (collectively, "Submissions"), you grant MunafaLab a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, display, adapt, and publish your Submission in connection with the Site and our newsletters, with appropriate attribution where reasonable. You confirm that your Submission is original or that you have the rights to grant this licence.

9. Third-party links and content

The Site contains links to third-party websites, products, and services (including affiliate links). We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of such third parties. You access them at your own risk and under their own terms and policies.

11. Disclaimers of warranties

The Site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MunafaLab disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, currency, or uninterrupted operation.

MunafaLab does not warrant that any investment, tax, scheme, or product information is current, complete, or applicable to your specific situation.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, in no event shall MunafaLab, its operator Kishan Patel, or any contributor be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including lost profits, lost savings, lost data, investment losses, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the above, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site is capped at ₹1,000 (one thousand Indian rupees).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MunafaLab and its operator from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your use of the Site, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any rights of a third party.

14. Modifications

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged with an updated effective date below and, where significant, communicated via the homepage or newsletter. Your continued use of the Site after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason — including violation of these Terms — without prior notice. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law shall survive termination.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Subject to Section 17 below, the competent courts at Surat, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site.

17. Dispute resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith by writing to contact@munafalab.com with a clear description of the issue. We will respond within 30 days. If the dispute remains unresolved, either party may pursue remedies available under Indian law.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

19. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Affiliate Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and MunafaLab in respect of your use of the Site, and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and proposals.
